Booking Fees:

Because bookings are scheduled in advance, a £50 booking fee must be paid to secure your appointment. This will go towards your treatment, the rest is due on the day of the appointment. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

Other Conditions:

To have a treatment, clients must be over 18 years old. You can't be pregnant or nursing. Please consult if you have any allergies, are currently taking medications, or have severe health conditions.

 

Patch Test:

For Microblading: the patch test is required before your appointment, and we can post it to you.

 

Previous PMU work by another artist:

If you had any semi-permanent enhancement done before and if the pigment is left in your skin, please send a clear close-up picture for an assessment before booking an appointment.

We must ensure we have a workable canvas. In some cases, the previous work may be too dark to achieve optimal results and we might advise removing it first. Failure to provide a photo before booking may result in a forfeit of your booking fees.

Microblading Touch up:

The first touch-up can be done no sooner than 4 weeks following your initial appointment.

You would have to allow your skin to heal before doing any additional work. We withhold the right not to work on clients who have yet to heal properly.

Please send a clear picture of your (4 weeks healed) brows so we can see how much corrective work we would need to do and we will schedule your appointment time. 

​

Guarantee:

The Aftercare Instructions are explained to achieve optimal results. However, no guarantee is given, as we have no control over what happens during the healing process.

Cancelations and Rescheduling:

If something unexpected comes up and cancellation or rescheduling is required, please give at least 48 hours' notice by email at info@jwmicroblading.com

Less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

Cancellations of the appointment will automatically result in a forfeit of your £50 booking fee.

No Show - this will result in a full-service charge; this includes all bundled touch-ups.

Payments:

All payments are final and none refundable.

Late Arrival:

Please get in touch with us if you will be late for your appointment. 

Being more than 20 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your appointment, as we might not have enough time to complete your procedure. The deposit will be lost for this procedure, and a new booking fee will be required to book a new date. 

 

If you get sick:

For everyone's safety and to prevent the spread of Cold, Flu,  and Covid-19 infections, we kindly ask all clients to contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. 

You must not attend with a cough, fever, or a very runny nose, the service won't be provided.

Rude behavior towards the stuff:

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse treatment; disrespect and rudeness will not be tolerated.

Rates:

JW Brows and Beauty Studio reserves the right to amend the rates for all services at any time without prior notice.

JW Brows and Beauty Studio reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions as and when it is considered necessary to do so.
